Do you launder customer-owned items?
Yes. We offer pickup, laundering, and return of customer-owned towels, logo mats, and event linens. Scheduling and applicable charges are included in your proposal.
Can inventory levels be adjusted as our needs change?
Yes. Contact the office to discuss changes in usage, seasonal demand, or upcoming events. We can review your stock levels and discuss additional deliveries and any applicable charges.
What service terms apply to my account?
Your written proposal outlines the service program, pricing, and applicable agreement terms. Review those terms with our office before deciding. The initial consultation is complimentary; it is separate from contracted service.
Can you coordinate service for multiple locations?
Contact the office with the locations and products you need. We will review coverage, quantities, and scheduling for each location before proposing a program.
