How the service works

The same day, the same counts, every week

National Linen's service works on a route: a complimentary consultation, a set service day, your counts kept at every stop, and commercial laundry for the mats, towels and linens you already own.

Call or email to discuss your service needs.

Step by step

What happens after you call

Begin with a consultation and written proposal, then review the scope and terms with our office.

  1. On-Site Service Consultation

We review product usage, placement of mats and dispensers, and quantities, then prepare a written proposal.

  2. Your service day

The same day every week, or twice a week if you need it. We can't promise a minute in South Florida traffic, so we promise the day.

  3. Your counts, kept

The driver counts what's left and brings you back to your number. Soiled items go back with us to be washed.

  4. A heads-up if we're late

If the truck is behind, we text ahead and ask if you need something brought over right away.

  5. Extras when you ask

An extra delivery for a busy weekend is billed separately, and you get the price first.

  6. Review your service terms

Your proposal outlines products, quantities, pricing, and applicable terms. Review these with the office before deciding.

Some businesses own their logo mats, their towels or, for caterers, a full set of linens. We pick them up, wash them and bring them back on your day, for a delivery charge.
